Set oven at 275 degrees

1 bunch of organic kale- cut into chip sized pieces-1 1/2″-2″ inch sections- this will produce approximately 6 cups of loosely packed kale

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

1/4 teaspoon salt

Wash and dry kale leaves. Then, either Spread them on a cookie sheet and spread coconut oil all over the kale chips. Or place them in a baggie or container with a lid and pour the oil over the kale and close the top and shake the kale around so the oil gets all over the leaves. Shake the salt on the top of the kale. img_0230img_0231

Place kale chips on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Its between 40-60 minutes depending on your oven. Make sure chips are nice and crunchy.
